Springfit Origin is a well-structured Pilates inspired class for a full body workout designed to fit into your busy schedule (45 mins). Focused movements and excellent instruction keeps me coming back for this class. The springs add just the right amount of resistance for core strengthening moves. … Your body will thank you for it!
